MERT held their Fall Mass Casualty Incident drill at the Chem building over the weekend with great results. With over 40 patients triaged, treated, and transported, MERT EMTs demonstrated that they would be prepared in the event of a real disaster.
In attendance were representatives from the Penn Division of Public Safety, Fire and Emergency Services, Penn Police, Allied Security, and more. In addition to providing guidance and feedback, these organizations were able to bolster their own disaster preparedness alongside MERT.
